Board and Train Programs for Puppies from 8 Weeks to 4 Months
The puppy stage is the most impressionable time of your young dog’s life and oftentimes the most challenging. Let us help you and your puppy get a jump start to life together with one of our puppy programs, focused on common challenges that most puppy parents face. We will help you navigate through potty training, structured walks, proper socialization, and crate training.
At the end of this 2-week program, we will get together for a go-home lesson which will provide you with the tools to continue your puppy’s training at home until they are ready for part two of the training program.
Part 2: Once the puppy reaches the age of 6 months, your dog will return to the Common Canine facility for a 4-week intermediate board and train program where they will learn obedience fundamentals that will carry into your pet’s adult life. Fundamentals include ‘sit,’ ‘heel,’ ‘down',’ and ‘place.’ An e-collar and remote and an elevated place bed will be used during training and given to you after your pet’s program.
Included in this two-part training program:
Pet pick-up and drop-off
Crate and potty training
The basics of food luring
Socialization with other pets
Heeling with a loose leash
Down on command
Lay and sit on ‘place’ for an extended period of time
An e-collar and remote
An elevated place bed
Go-home lessons at the end of each program portion
The two-part training program starts at $4,000. A four-part payment plan is available. Pet pick-up and drop-off is included in both portions of this program.
